I have known Al for over 25 years and he has helped me twice in real estate situations. A few years ago, Al first helped me to evaluate my pre-foreclosure situation and helped me come up with a clear way to save my home by having creative funding from a private lender. What a relief! On my second situation, I referred a client of mine to Al due to the seemingly complicated probate issues that even a previous lawyer had given up on. In turn, Al met with the couple and very patiently assessed their dire situation and explained all of their options. Even though their English is limited and Al does not speak their native Samoan language, they felt as though he had explained very well their options in their situation. And the probate lawyer that he referred them to was very capable as well!
